Life as an Intern - Day 3 =D

Just a simple one cause super tired ady..

Little did I realised... ytd I also learnt

Expenses Transaction Test.. but only one transaction

so 4got jor.. T.T

However.. today picked up Sales Transaction Test.. ^^

Basically chose a few invoices then check AR, CASH @ GL

etc etc..

Nitez.. T.T...

2nd day pass jor lo...

super tired..

yet I enjoyed the day ^^

Today what did I do?

hehe some thingamagic call Payroll Transaction Test

Still today was extra special cause

I did my work at some company

named RCG..

some biometric thingy company basically..

The company was at Kota Damansara..

and to me it's quite grand..

Today got a temporary laptop also..

Toshiba de.. the network card apparently got

some problems la.. but still

manage to use it in the end

after numerous restarts haha

pro? haha

Well overall very ssatisfied for the day

cause I definitely learnt something new..

oh and I learnt how to roughly

see the company's insurance policy

thingy.. see got enough insurance covered for

the assets like building, MV, stocks etc..

Lesson for the day?

Study hard and smart if you want

to have a good life later on..

What did I do?

Haha first task of the day, hmm..

filing lo..

Before this fill up some forms.. and get my thumb print registered

so that I can masuk in and out =D

Canggih~~

Then went back to common place.. basically a big table

with 4 super friendly colleagues.. settled down..
then got nothing to do ==

Approached Senior Manager Mr Lee,

then was asked to do filing.. eh better than stoning ok??

Not bad la..

Soon.. finish liao lo.. take the file, :nah Mr Lee...

Mr Lee: hmm good good.. then now go photostat these for me..

My reaction: OK! ok! boleh boleh!

Little did I know...

Take the paper.. walk towards photostat machine..

Hello photostat machine.. ^^

Photostat machine: Hello Heng Hao (grinning inside, nyah hahaha)

Me: Stares at photostat machine...

Still staring..

staring again..

keep staring..

Me: aaaaaaaaaaaaaa T.T I don't know how to use photostat machine!!

Pusing balik.. look at one of my colleagues.. his name is Jason btw =D
Me: Tolong tolong teach me use photostat machine (malu...)

And that's how I learnt how to use the Xerox machine.. =P

Eh.. quite a skill leh... double sided to single..

Then paper finish macam mana reload..

Hmm not bad not bad ...

right? XD

Next comes casting..

To those who think their calculator skill

Casting basically just adding up the figures la.. then put a terbalik de

tick indicating correct le..

c/c meaning cross checking...

and c/ calculated if not wrong? din use this so 4got le..

The figures are all on an A3 size paper..

At 1st thought.. aiya add up to check figure only mar.. sap sap water la..

Mana tahu...

SEE till eye pain!!

The figures arent that big..

plus whole row down.. at least 20 plus entries..

with cents..

some figures reaching millions..

tap tap tap calculator... T.T so slow!!

Jason say: Use the standard calculator faster.. button bigger mar..

then almost finish that time..

and this keeps on going for the next few ones..

end up one single A3 of casting took me hours..

Xerox-ing is a SKILL!!!
and..

Scientific Calculator is still better ^^ got DEL button and to backspace...
